		<description>I shouldn&#039;t admit this but I have been pretty successful at getting buyers by not putting a listing price on flyer&#039;s. While I agree with you its a dick thing to do, it has made me quite a bit of money.</description>

		<description>I agree with you completely Sapan. There are a lot of purchase options for buyers these days (at least those with decent credit)... Put as much information as you can on the flyer. I think it definitely helps seperate interested buyers from time wasters.</description>
