Real Estate Professionals (not just Realtors and Agents) can gather and exchange information freely from other pros from around the country. It is really, really cool. I have learned more in the past week from ActiveRain than I have in the past 5 months as a Realtor. I highly recommend ActiveRain to anyone looking for a free forum for their real estate questions.
