Well I'm not a real estate agent but a consultant in Vancouver BC and I own a 1996 Miata and I think it's the greatest car in the world because:
1. Great on gas mileage. (30 mpg city)
2. Easy to park.
3. GREAT city car.
4. CHEAP parts on ebay (check out www.miatapart.com) to see what I mean.
5. You can pick up a real nice one for under $7000k and they don't really depreciate.

Yeah, of course you don't pick up visitors. But I've never had a realtor offer to drive me around in his car either.
