I'm always interested in lots of things so it's difficult for me to choose. Since I used to be a stand up comedian I do get other comedians coming to me buy or sell a home because they know me. But most comedians don't have much $$ so those are only a few transactions each year. I'm thinking of branching out to the entertainment industry as a whole target market.
