eCommission’s Bridge Listing Advance Deemed a Success by Real Estate Agents

April 3, 2008

eCommission Financial Services Inc. announced success of its newest product, Bridge Listing Advance.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) April 3, 2008 — eCommission Financial Services Inc. (eCommission), the nation’s leading provider of commission advance services to real estate sales professionals, announced success of its newest product, Bridge Listing Advance. Under this program, Sales Associates can receive an advance of up to $3,000.00 on the basis of having two or more active residential listings. The property does not need to be under contract to receive the advance. Clients pay a monthly extension fee until such time as one of their listings goes pending and closes. The commission proceeds are then used to repay the advance.

“We have advanced commissions on pending sales for years and continue to do so,” explained Sean Whaling, eCommission President, “but with a changing marketplace, we discovered more and more sales associates with lots of listings but nothing pending. So we figured out a way to address the short-term cash flow needs of our clients and it has helped out many Sales Associates over the past year.”

“I’ve used the Bridge Listing Advance many times over the past year to help offset the fluctuations in my real estate commissions,” said Adam Artz, an agent with ERA Muske Company Real Estate, “eCommission has allowed me to use my listings for an advance when I didn’t have any pending closings. It was the perfect short term solution for me.”

With over 200 million in commission advances since launching their service in the United States in 2000, eCommission is the endorsed national alliance partner for COLDWELL BANKER®, ERA®, CENTURY 21®, PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE AFFILIATES, INC. ®, NRT®, RE/MAX® and also works with hundreds of independent real estate companies.

I am one of your customers who used the Bridge Listing Advance program to get me through a rough patch. It was well worth the fees, and I am now finally starting to close all the listings I had at the beginning of the year. I am not sure I would have made it the last couple of months without it. Great program. Thanks.

The Bridge Listing Advance Program is a definite plus especially when it’s an incentive to put up multiple listings. I do wish that more people were apt to have similar incentive-based programs to help more people out when the going gets rough, but unfortunately real estate is in a decline because of what’s happening with an influx of rising gas and heating oils coupled with a decline in the stability of our markets. It’s a hopeful thing that if one company like yours is able to give this courtesy even in the midst of a recession, maybe more will follow suit. Thank you and have a good weekend.

Real estate field is always on a certain boom for all in bridge financing…
It will keep on going..

I can certainlly see why, in thgis day and age, that someone may need to get an advance on a commision. The average agent selling Ann Arbor Real Estate is likely to sell fewer than 12 homes a year…With commisions at about 5500/closing and the broker taking half and the IRS taking the rest, this is a welcome backfiller and timely too.

It is a tribute to companies like eCommission that continue to provide their service despite a down real estate market and struggling economy. Helping others get through tough times is what its all about.

I know in Suffolk Va we can a nice system to work with eCommisssion. I know a lot of real estate agents that have several houses listed and could really use the listings. I am going to recommend it to my agents.

This could be a helpful tool for agents with small corporations, especially those in sluggish markets like we’re seeing now.

This program could help many real estate agents waiting for their commissions. I wish the market was better so programs like this wouldn’t even be necessary. Hopefully things will improve over the next year.
