Agent to Agent Marketing - Using Electronic Flyers To Promote A Listing
April 4th, 2008 by Damon
There a many companies that will allow you to send a listing via email to agents in your local area such as TheAgentMarketingTool.com.
As an agent, your sellers are expecting you to market there house. Electronic flyers are a cost efficient and very professional way of demonstrating to your sellers that you’re working hard for them to sell their house.
Advantages of sending electronic Flyers
Most of the companies like TheAgentMarketingTool.com allow you to quickly and easily submit photos and insert content in your electronic flyer to send to other agents. You don’t have to know any html and there are quite a few templates you can choose from.
Many agents will send out an electronic flyer to the agents in their area even before they start to spend money on other types of marketing. Sometimes another agent will have a client who is looking for that specific type of house and they can complete the deal before the listing agent even has to have an open house or use more costly forms of marketing to reach potential buyers.
If you’ve used electronic flyers in the past, or if you’re currently using them, I’d really like to know how it’s working out for you. Please leave comments below.

This service is actually very useful. Creating your own flyers is easy and free with Publisher, but the Agent Marketing Tool saves me valuable time and energy. They email 2500 listing emails for $15 to agents in my region or anywhere in the US. I can get my Austin listings out to Southern California or New York or wherever I want to advertise the property. I don’t have a huge database, so this really helps to get exposure for my properties.
Anyway, just wanted to chime in. Thanks.

Yes, if I were a seller I would be very happy to know that my agent had been telling other agents about my home even before the MLS appeared…sounds good.

Is there a way to become a content writer for the site?

I’m torn on using online advertising for my real estate portfolio. I just don’t feel like people in Bountiful are going to ever find them - Utah is a small place, all things considered. I suppose if I placed ads in precise places it might be effective, though.
