Yes, there are a lot of things a person needs to consider before jumping into the real estate business. It’s much harder and a lot more work than people think it is. You really have to love dealing with people and helping them solve their problem of either buying a house or selling a house.
If you don’t enjoy talking to people 24/7, then this isn’t the career for you.

Unless you have a strong commitment to prospecting and talking to at least 40 people per day….Then you stongly consider becoming a realtor now days.
In today’s market, you really need to work.
Not like before when you just put the “For Sale” sing and the property was automatically sold.
Real Estate is a great carrer if you are passionate about it and you are willing to sacrify Saturdays and Sundays
