		<description>I see a lot of blame for high foreclosure rates, due to a lot of high expectations for borrowers to be honest.  I mean lenders want to make a quick buck here and there, but they are in the business of doing that.  However, a home owner has the responsibility of taking care of the home forever.  So we expect people to take a sense of pride and do so.  I've gone into areas with foreclosures and found the still occupied homes with the worst looking yards.  Their own presence is driving down values and creating an upside down environment.

We can point fingers, but what solution is that.  How do you MAKE home owners not walk away from their responsibilities?
