HomeGain Announces Free Blogs for Real Estate Agents
April 30th, 2008 by eCommissionHomeGain bundles Agent Blogs with its Source4Sellers marketing solution, creating a nationwide Agent Blogging Network
Emeryville, CA (PRWEB) April 30, 2008 — HomeGain, a leading provider of online marketing solutions that connect real estate agents and brokers with home buyers and sellers, today announced that it is offering Agent Blogs to its Source4Sellers™ agents.
“By linking hundreds of individual agent blogs from all over the country with the HomeGain Blog (Google page rank 7), HomeGain establishes an Agent Blogging Network,” said Louis Cammarosano, General Manager of HomeGain. “The new Agent Blog feature signals a further move away from an emphasis on form leads and another step towards providing HomeGain’s Source4Sellers agents with a total HomeGain Marketing System.”
Potential homebuyers and sellers can access the HomeGain Agent Blogging Network directly from the HomeGain Blog, HomeGain.com or by requesting a free home valuation from HomeGain’s instant home valuation tool.
Source4Sellers agents’ profiles and blogs are featured on the instant home valuation results page prominently and exclusively in an advertising-free environment.
“The free consumer-facing blog feature is designed to provide yet another connectivity point between HomeGain.com visitors and Source4Sellers agents,” said Shawn Cannon, Product Manager at HomeGain.
HomeGain intends to provide syndicated content and other blog features in the coming months as they build out the HomeGain Agent Blog Network.

Great application of the networking principle. I have participated in similar networks. I really like being able to read, comment and post on techniques discussed in this type of platform. Real estate communities have helped me in creating great realty tools for my site visitors.

That’s great news. I can only imagine what a great resource the Agent Blogging Network is going to be. However it is not easy to find the information that one needs from over a 100 blogs, so perhaps we need a solution to filter out the best posts from all those blogs and feature them on a prominent page.

A lot of real estate agents rely on web sites that show nothing more than their latest houses they are selling. Blogs add a great resource of being able to keep both buyers and sellers up to date with the latest property trends. Plus a property blog can be easily updated at any time without having to call in your web site designer.
This sounds like a great solution for any one in the real estate industry

Finally someone realized the importance of the internet in the real estate business. This should bring the industry upfront in technological terms…

Today’s estate agents, letting agents, property surveyors and property solicitors need to learn the best techniques for capturing property sales leads, following up with prospects and converting them into customers. The problem with traditional estate agency marketing and advertising is you never know how successful it is.
“Half the money I spend on estate agency advertising is wasted, and the trouble is I don’t know which half.”

Well, real estate is always good, as far as I’m concerned.
