You need to be better at taking photos, a better web presence, know your market better, and just plain know more about real estate than other people. But it's important to remember that it won't last forever. It reminds me of the University of Michigan's football team slogan: "Those who stay will be champions" Just keep pluging along during these times and you'll be far ahead of all the others who got discouraged and didn't do the necessary work during these times.
