Thanks for this comprehensive list of opportunities to boost brokers sales. However, the current business models of most real estate brokers doesn't allow for the implementation of the techniques described. Today's brokers are becoming a commodity. Brokers hire as many salespeople as they can without a real strategy or common ground. Salespeople are left on their own or at best given very generic training. The general rule is survival of the fittest. No real leadership is needed!
