I see many agents doing some of these lead generation techniques, but very few that do all. Out of these different methods of lead generation, the one that is utilized the least is buying leads.
Here are some reasons to buy leads to build your client list
Real estate leads are supposed to make your job easier, of course that’s not always the case. You will want to be sure you’re buying your leads from a reputable source who’s been in business quite some time. You’ll want to watch out for companies that are just “reselling” leads. That means that they bought them from a single source and they are now selling those leads to as many different people to make money off of them.
