		<description>By asking questions you are actually showing an interest in the prospective client. The more interest you show in them the more interest they will show in you. I think it is important to ask what they need in a home and then what they want in a home. I try to assure them that we will do everything possible to provide them with what they need and we will do our best to supply them with some of their wants.</description>
