1. Keep a fresh supply of flyers in two or three places around the home
2. Print the flyer on light colored paper
3. Print good quality colored photos on your flyer
4. Top of the flyer should have only a simple heading
5. Always run a spell check before printing the flyer and have someone else proofread it for accuracy
6. Bottom of the flyer should include the Realtor listing information with at least two phone numbers and an email address
