		<description>I agree with #2 a lot.  My niche market is First Time Buyers, so they don&#039;t know any terms in the real estate business.

I actually go the opposite way with it - I have a &quot;Word of The Week&quot; which is simply me writing an article on the definition of a real estate term they may not know.

It seems to build rapport and trust with my readers, and let&#039;s me branch out a little from just one topic.
