My niche market is First Time Buyers, so they don't know any terms in the real estate business. I actually go the opposite way with it - I have a "Word of The Week" which is simply me writing an article on the definition of a real estate term they may not know. It seems to build rapport and trust with my readers, and let's me branch out a little from just one topic. Thanks for the tips, as always! I agree with #2 a lot.
