In just a couple of sentences share the benefit of your service. What is unique about it, how are you different from all the other agents out there, and who says that it will even work?. This is known in selling circles as your unique selling proposition or USP. The USP is the compelling argument why people should buy from you versus someone else.
Of course of a real estate transaction will only begin when the customer perceives a need, so you need to then shift the focus of the conversation from you to identifying their needs. For example, if you deal with first time home buyers, you will have to explain the obstacles that first-time home buyers go through and then how you can help them, just as you’ve helped many other first-time home buyers.
Whatever your niche is, make sure you have a strong unique selling proposition to acquire more customers.

This is a great post! You need to know what your unique selling proposition is. What is going to make you or your team better equipped to work with a buyer, help a seller sell their home, etc.
