Sending thank you cards is an awesome idea. In our market, it's hard to stay ahead of the competition sometimes. But when we are able to do something extra, even if it is just sending out a simple thank you card, it shows people that we go above and beyond and do things differently.
This can make all of the difference in the world.

It’s a wonderful idea to send a thank you card in theory. But, to many tines it is just a cold gesture. It happens that some agents become too busy or just want to get it out of the easy so they simply jot down a canned little thank you on each card. This gets mandarin and very un personal. If you are going to send thank you cards be sincere and try to jot a little something personal to the prospect or client that you are sending it to. Remembering some small personal thing about someone you met with and relaying it in a thank you card can go a long way.

This is great info. Our team has always worked to do this with all of our clients. It never hurts to get a nice reminder like this though. Thank you for the great post!
