I’m a big fan of Joomla and have worked on multiple joomla sites. The flexibility of the plugins is nice, and while the blog features leave a bit to be desired, it’s an amazing CMS for being free.

Using Joomla for Realtors is like a mild tobacco – lacks the kick. Wordpress is the only way to go.

We have been a big advocate of Joomla and use it for our sites. But….we also use WordPress and WordPress seems to get more attention from the search engines, though I have not evidence of this….it just seems to be the case.

Using Joomla if you’re needed some advanced feature like property listings or search. But if only for some sites like journal, better using Wordpress because it will more simplest
