Like many industries today, the adoption of technology in real estate is going to have a certain learning curve. While it’s easy for many to continue with the “tried and true”, those agents that spend an hour or two a week learning more about modern technology will definitely have the upper hand. As more people develop for the Internet, and as broadband gains wider adoption, more rich and dense content will become the norm. Videos will be just the start. Imagine panoramic walkthroughs in Flash or some other platform. That video is gaining in popularity is no surprise to me; it should be.
