Not only that, but when you can back up your rant with relevant examples, sources, and a good story, that negativity may not even be seen as negative.

To add to your well-written article, I&#039;d add that by commenting on at least 50 percent of your reader&#039;s comments, you verify that you&#039;re dedicated to hearing what they have to say. Commenting on others comments slowly builds community as well.
