2 Months of Rising Home Sales

It’s a positive trend that home sales have increased over the last two months.

Nationwide, home sales are up 36% in October over the same time last year.

We’re starting to see the turn around the Carolinas. The problem now is that the market has dropped so much it will take years for some homeowners to break even- let alone, make money- when they sell their home.
