Using the Holidays to Reconnect with Clients and Prospects
December 16th, 2009 by DamonWith Christmas and New Years fast approaching life gets busy and real estate sales slow down.
This is a great time to reconnect with past clients and with prospects by simply sending out a Christmas card.
It will be another “touch point” for keeping you in their minds and they have been busy themselves with life and family.
A short thank you note for buying or selling a house with you for past clients and a simple “I’m here” for prospects.
Just because it’s the holiday season does not mean you get to take a vacation from prospecting for new business!

In the course of high business we neglect our clients but there is one way to get connected with them once again by contacting them on various celebrities . It does not cost much. A simple greeting card is enough.

In my experience, especially on holidays. I need to get people that I have worked from the past. The people who are important to make business with so this will be a great time to share moments with them and make good business with them.

well i don’t go quiet at christmas but still take time out to reconnect with clients and send cards. business is all about customer service, its so much easier to keep existing clients than get new ones.

This is an excellent idea! Many of us sometimes forget our past clients once we’ve done business with them but it’s actually considered pretty good that you keep them reminding of the business bond you had. It can be beneficial for both sides.

that is a good idea! actually, this way has been mentioned many times. keeping connections with clients will let they know that how they are important to us. by the way, the relationship will be built up better.

Definitely true. I need to make some phone calls this week, in fact. Always good to read your stuff, keep posting!
