New Year, New Approach

January 6, 2010

How did you do last year? How many homes did you list and sell? How many houses did you find for your clients who ended up purchasing the home?

Really, all those numbers don’t even matter any more. That was last year, now it’s this year. All sales, all listings, they all get washed away.

If you’re happy with the number of homes you sold last year, maybe there’s nothing you need to change.

However, if you didn’t sell as many houses as you wanted to, go ahead and blame it on the economy. Otherwise, you need to start changing the way you sell homes.

Make more cold calls, go to more networking events. Whatever it is, if you just continue to do what you’ve always done, you will continue to get the same results.

Here’s to a great 2010!

It is a great time to evaluate what I am doing and how I can do it better. Even in a down economy you can still sell houses. Just have to find your niche.

Another year another strategy. Things changed much lately, I guess this year we’ll have to work harder and smarter.
