Sounds great, can we find good houses on it? It seems like the pics would be a little small.

Interesting. Just downloaded the app to my iPhone! We’ll see if this is a good tool for consumers.

Maybe consider an app for the Google Nexus One Phone as well?

I think for all practical reasons this app will play role of a baiting hook where at the initial stage of search the user will get a list of properties to consider but the finer search will be done on the laptop or a computer with larger screen because iPhone screen is too small to provide with detailed images.

But then again, some of the listings have very low quality images. One thing is certain, this app will evolve and will be used by real estate agents the most :)
What do you think?

Not a bad decision and I agree with the California Broker that this app will be very handy for real estate agents but will be useful for others too looking for the most up-to-date details.

In some months, there has been quite useful apps developed for iPhone and I think they’re really handy for everyone because it does allow you to have updated information on your hand rather than having to carry your netbook everywhere.
