When you think about it, most professions are a little dull. That is why people hire you to be their agent. They don’t want to learn how to do your profession, because it bores them. Most of the time people have no need for your services. And they don’t have an interest in your profession. And provide a headline that makes them wonder if their plants will die if they don’t follow the instructions in the newsletter.
