It definitely helps to have people backing you. The more business you handle the more people you need in your corner.
What I am after for team building is that it helps develop the business as well as improvements in the so many aspects of the entire business community. Real Estate agent needs it and making more productive in their own little ways. I love this post. Informative!
Having a good team and support team is very important. I also believe having someone to look up to or a mentor is also very important. You need someone who has gone through it before and you can ask them questions if you have any.
my advice is choose your team very wisely and really make sure you know who you are bringing aboard. I have been burnt in the past and it was a costly mistake on my part. be warned
