		<description>I liked this so much I printed it and sent it to my fiancee who has 3 kids and I am the wicked step mom.  I am very direct and honest and believe you should handle &quot;coaching&quot; &quot;teaching&quot; &quot;being a leader&quot; in this manner.
If you worry about people not liking you for being mean or too direct, then they will find another reason not to like you, such as, &quot;you are too nice&quot; so you get taken advantage of or ran over.
With kids and youth, you do not have to be this way in every day interaction, but when you are trying to mentor them or get a point across in serious conversation.
So certainly in the work place, this is a success and I enjoy knowing that other people agree.</description>
